Fitness 2012: Week 5 (Sun 1/29 - Sat 2/4)

My runs are getting longer, as they should. The 1/2 marathon is only ten weeks away! I officially registered this week. I'm accountable now!!

Monday 1/30: 4.05 miles
Ave. Pace: 9:57

Wednesday 2/1: 5.15 miles
Ave Pace: 10:05

Total miles for the week: 9.20 miles.

I've got an exciting run from Sunday to share next week. :)
