Fitness 2012: Week 20 (May 13 - May 19)

Sunday May 13:  Rest

Monday May 14
*  30 minutes on elliptical ~ about 350 calories burned
*  I weighed myself in at 134 lbs.  That's probably the lowest I've been since I was about 16!

Tuesday May 15:
* Rest

Wednesday May 16:
* Rest

Thursday May 17:
* 2 mile walk and jog combo with the double-loaded jogging stroller

Friday May 18:
* 30 minutes on the elliptical, 360-ish calories burned

Saturday May 19
* Rest - travelled to Indiana to see Matt's dad, Larry.
