I REACHED IT!!!!!!!!!
I stepped on the scale on my lunch break today, and had to blink, squint, and double check what I was seeing. Yup, sure as heck saw 130 on that scale! Woo hoo!!!
The number "130" is not a number that I would have ever thought I'd set as a goal for myself, let alone actually try (and succeed) to reach it. Wow. Healthy eating and exercise does really pay off, I guess!
