Fitness 2012: Week 28 (July 8 - 14)

Didn't get in any cross training this week, but did get in two longer runs, so I'm semi-happy.  My eating kind of got off track this weekend though.....

Sunday 8 July
REST - I should have taken advantage of the cooler temps, but after my miserably hot run on Saturday, my legs were sore.  Sad.

Monday 9 July
Spent all evening repairing screens on the camper :)

Tuesday 10 July
4.71 mile run
I planned to run three miles, but felt good so I kept going.  Yay me!

Wednesday 11 July

Thursday 12 July
4.0 mile run

Friday 13 July
REST - camping
Saturday 14 July
REST - camping

Miles for the week: 8.71
Miles for July: 11.91
Miles for 2012: 184.96
