I'm really proud of myself for sticking to daily posts (on my other blog) so far! Hopefully I can keep this up for the remainder of the month! Here's a rundown of this past week, and the healthy choices I've been making.
Day 8 A good workout to begin the week
Day 9 Remembering that food is not in control of you.
Day 10 Allowing yourself time to rest.
Day 11 Making healthy substitutions
Day 12 Enjoying fresh air
Day 13 Making healthy choices when healthy options aren't available
Day 14 Celebrate the season!
It was a good week. I hope to continue with healthful choices and feel proud of myself when I report back next week!
