Fitness 2013 (Mar 3-9)

It's only a short 9 to 10 week wait before swim suit season is in full force!!  I've been saying for a while now that I want to wear a bikini this summer, and I still hope to do that!

I need to really buckle down on ab and core work, but my weight is at a place that I'm satisfied with.

Sunday, March 3: REST

Monday, March 4: 3.55 miles (t)

Tuesday, March 5: 30 minutes elliptical + 120 ab reps

Wednesday, March 6: REST

Thursday, March 7: 3.21 miles (t)

Friday, March 8: 30 minutes elliptical

Saturday, March 9: 3.6 miles (t)

Miles for the week: 10.36 miles
Miles for March: 13.97
Miles for 2013: 83.38
