Tuesday May 14: 3.60 miles (t) - I was NOT feeling the run this morning! Did it anyway. Boom.
Wednesday May 15: 10 minutes elliptical, 1.0 miles on the bike, 20 minutes weights/abs
Thursday May 16: 3.62 miles + abs and weight work
502 calories burned! BOOM!
Friday May 17: 30 minutes on the elliptical + ab work
400 calories burned
Saturday May 18: 1,000 jumping jacks <-- These were done over the course of about 90 minutes, 100 at a time. I needed to put a couple hours in at work to make up for the time I'll be missing on Friday, so didn't get a run in this Saturday. I burned 300 calories doing the jumping jacks, which is less than I would have burned getting a run in, but 300 is better than 0!
