Fitness 2013: June 16 - 22

Sunday June 16: short hike on a relatively flat trail with the boys - better than nothing!

Monday June 17: 3.70 mile run

Tuesday June 18: 30 minutes on the elliptical + 5 minutes on the tread at a 9% incline, 4.0 mph + arms and abs

Wednesday June 19 - 3.65 miles + abs

Thursday June 20 - 60 minutes on the treadmill at a 9% incline, 4.0 mph.  625 calories burned!

Friday June 21 - 3.65 miles + abs and arms

Saturday June 22 - Rest day

Miles for the week: 11.0
Miles for June: 32.62
Miles for 2013: 238.05
