Fitness 2013: June 9-15

Sunday June 9 - 3.4 miles, outside

Monday June 10 - 3.65 miles (T) + abs and arms

Tuesday June 11 - 45 minutes, 4.0 mph, 9.0% incline + abs and arms (560 calories burned!)
I need to do better at switching up my cardio routine and venture out beyond running and ellipting.  Today I basically climbed a hill for 45 minutes.  It was an intense workout!

Wednesday June 12 - 30 minutes elliptical + abs

Thursday June 13 - 30 minutes of living room cardio/crossfit (Matt was out of town, so I was unable to go to the fitness center)

Friday June 14 - 3.50 mile run @ 7.0 mph + 0.6 miles at 4.0 mph, 9.0 elevation (on a scale of 0-15)

Saturday June 15 - 60 minutes at 4.0 mph, 9.0 incline - burned over 600 calories!


Miles for the week: 10.55
Miles for June: 21.62
Miles for 2013: 227.05
