Fitness 2013: Week of June 23-29

Sunday 6/23: 3.5 miles outside

Monday 6/24: 30 minutes elliptical + abs and arms

Tuesday 6/25: 3.6 miles + 0.4 miles @ 9% incline

Wednesday 6/26: 30 minutes treadmill @ 9% incline + 30 minutes elliptical

Thursday 6/27: 3.65 miles (treadmill)

Friday 6/28: 30 minutes elliptical

Saturday 6/29: 60 minutes treadmill @ 9% incline

7 workouts in 7 days!  Whoop!


Miles for the week: 10.75
Miles for June: 43.37
Miles for 2013: 248.80
