Wednesday 7/31 - 30 minutes elliptical (all the treadmills were taken - boo!) + arms and abs
Thursday 8/1 - 3.65 miles on the tread + legs and abs
I'm not sure what's a "good" weight for a woman on the leg press, but I did 240 lbs for 2 sets of 10 reps this morning! Boom! 240 sounds like a good number, right?
Friday 8/2 - 3.65 miles on the tread + abs and arms
Saturday 8/3 - 30 mins elliptical + legs and abs

Miles for July: 47.96
Miles for August: 7.3
Miles for 2013: 304.06
Finally broke 300! Only 96 miles to go before December 31st to meet my 2013 mileage goal!
