GF Chocolate Chip Cookies

I got a random craving for chocolate chip cookies a couple of days ago.  And I wanted the boys to be able to help me make them, and subsequently enjoy them, of course.  So I searched Pinterest for some GF chocolate chip cookies. I ended up using this recipe from Andersruff.

Let's just say, my search for a good GF chocolate chip cookie continues.

Perhaps I did something wrong, but this isn't even close, people.

Anyone have a good gluten free chocolate chip cookie recipe??

  1. Smith bits has been a fabulous resource for us. Her recipes are pretty simple. The cookies are a little harder than I like but I think that is user error on my part. http://www.smithbitsblog.com/old-fashioned-chocolate-chip-cookies/

  8. My aunt gave me a good Chocolate Chip Cookie Book, when I'm home I'll post. I've gotten several good recipes.

It almost looks like you had too much butter and not enough flour. But I'm no chemist!

  9. Found it! The Search for the Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie. It is a collection of prize-winning cookies from around the US and Canada and gathered some great versions. Some based on a traditional recipe and others being more decadent or whatever. There are some really good ones in here whether you're looking for crunchy, chewy, double chocolate or whatever.

Author is Gwen Steege, published by Wing Books.
